Established in early 2005, Ethos Engineering provides mechanical and electrical consultancy services to the residential, commercial, retail, sports, leisure, micro-electronic, healthcare, educational, municipal, high tech and pharmaceutical sectors.

Ethos Engineering is a young, motivated and driven company, composed of highly qualified, commercially aware engineers with good industry experience. Ethos Engineering takes pride in delivering superior services, while paying careful attention to detail in order to achieve the best solutions that continually exceed our client’s expectations. Ethos Engineering is a team player, and has developed excellent working relationships with our fellow design and construction team professionals for projects we have been involved with.

Ethos Engineering produces designs that are detailed, innovative, practical, economical, socially responsible and sustainable. Our mission is to engineer systems that compliment the purpose of the building, improve the immediate and surrounding community, and meet the objectives of its operations, inhabitants, patrons, operators and staff.

Based in the Apex Business Centre in Sandyford, the Ethos Engineering environment allows our talented staff to approach projects with originality, creativity, common sense and enthusiasm. While conscious of benchmark projects, new projects are approached as a unique occasion to create an original solution that matches functionality, quality and cost to obtain the best value solution.

As well as having a firm base in Ireland, Ethos Engineering has a presence throughout Europe. Ethos Engineering’s presence abroad is further strengthened through partnerships with the First Q network. First Q Network brings together a number of Consulting Engineering companies that deliver specialised services internationally, focusing on MEP engineering and energy related services.

The mission of the member companies is to provide a high quality, unbiased, independent and locally informed professional advice, making the best use of the vast resources and skills at their collective disposal. First Q Network member companies provide complete Mechanical and Electrical Consulting Engineering services as well as Low Carbon and Environmental Sustainability consulting. The services provided cover the whole life cycle of facilities. Special emphasis is placed on sustainable development and the environment, while keeping in mind the economic and financial interests of our clients.

At Ethos Engineering we have specialist engineers with extensive experience in sustainable and environmental design solutions.

We have an excellent record in the design of sustainable concepts across all sectors of the building industry and utilise the latest building simulation software to assist in this regard. Ethos Engineering also have fully trained and accredited BREEAM, LEED and Building Energy Rating (BER) Assessors as well as experienced energy auditors.
