Our vision is ‘to be the company people want to work for and with’ and our philosophy is ‘to develop our engineers so that they acquire the necessary skillsets and confidence to be able to leave our company but that they have the desire and ambition to stay with our company and make it stronger’.
Our continuous improvement strategy focuses on staff development, rewarding staff, staff appraisal and staff feedback.
We offer our employees opportunities to enhance their profiles and show case their work, In 2019, Gavin Murphy won Designer of the year at the Irish Construction Industry Awards 2019 and in 2017, Neal Merry won young designer of the year at the Fit Out Awards 2017.
The year 2020 will mark our 15th year in business, we are proud of our growth and development since inception in 2005 and hope to continue our success.
