Stephen has extensive experience in engineering, design management and complex project delivery.

Having previously led Ethos’ Design Management function, Stephen brings a strong understanding of how multiple disciplines come together to deliver complex infrastructure. His experience is particularly valuable on live data centre projects, where upgrades need to be carefully planned around existing operations.

Stephen leads Ethos’ Data Centre Retrofit & Optimisation capability, helping clients increase capacity, strengthen resilience, improve energy performance and extend asset life. He combines strategic advice with practical engineering and delivery experience, helping clients modernise existing facilities while protecting uptime and long-term operational performance.
