At Ethos, Stephen leads process transformation across the business, helping teams simplify workflows, make better use of data and adopt technology where it can deliver measurable value. He plays a key role in shaping Ethos’ Transformation & AI roadmap, connecting new technology with practical improvements in efficiency, consistency and project delivery.
