Susan has more than 30 years’ experience in building services engineering and project delivery.

Her experience spans complex projects across commercial, healthcare, residential, data centre, industrial and energy sectors. This broad background gives Susan a strong understanding of how different technical and operational requirements come together across a project.

As Client Partner, Susan leads Ethos’ Energy and Industrial team, working closely with clients to understand their priorities and support successful delivery. She brings cross-sector experience, technical insight and a collaborative approach to helping clients navigate increasingly complex and demanding projects.
