Originally an electrical engineer, John brings a strong technical understanding to the way Ethos operates and delivers for clients. He has played a central role in the growth of the business, helping to build the systems, processes and teams needed to support increasingly complex projects at scale.

John focuses on continuous improvement, combining strong operational fundamentals with new technology to make the way we work simpler and more effective. He is particularly interested in the potential of digitalisation, Lean principles and AI to improve project delivery and create better outcomes for clients and teams.
