Ethos Engineering Publishes First Gender Pay Gap Report

Ethos Engineering is proud to release its first Gender Pay Gap (GPG) Report for 2024. This report reflects our commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.

Key Insights:

  • Our data highlights progress in increasing female representation, particularly with the recent appointment of a female CFO.

  • Challenges remain in achieving gender balance across senior leadership and engineering roles, reflecting broader trends in the STEM industry.

Our Commitment:
We recognise that addressing the gender pay gap requires sustained effort. Initiatives already underway include:

  • Strengthening succession planning and mentoring programmes to support female career progression.

  • Piloting AI-driven recruitment strategies to ensure diverse representation.

  • Reviewing benefits and revisiting our rewards system to ensure more even distribution across genders.

By addressing any gaps, we aim to set a standard in the engineering sector and create a workplace where everyone can thrive.

Together, we are building an Ethos Engineering for the future—one that values talent, equity, and inclusion.
