Project Description
It is currently Ireland's largest single housing development, and Ethos is providing full BREEAM Assessor, LEED AP, and WELL AP services on the project.
When completed the project will comprise c. 1,600 apartments centred around four new Town Centres designed to provide retail and commercial services for residents and visitors. The commercial elements include anchor retail, food, leisure and entertainment, and a primary medical centre.
The development also comprises 24,000m2 of new commercial office space. The first phase of apartments is set to be delivered in Q4 2021 and will achieve BREEAM Excellent
In addition to BREEAM certified residential and commercial spaces, the project is also set to become Ireland's first WELL (TM) certified Community.
Ethos has worked closely with the developer to streamline the delivery of various rating schemes to meet investor requirements. This has included liaising with Hines CSR GRESB assessor who is providing a benchmark for investor ESG performance and reporting.

Ethos has been retained as a sustainability consultant for this project, which entails the development of a new urban centre in South Dublin on behalf of Hines.
