Project Description

This project consists of the demolition of an existing 1960’s office block in Ballsbridge in order to deliver a 19,700m2 landlord standard Grade A Shell & Core office development to a maximum of 9 stories with a variety of terraces, winter gardens, and balconies incorporated into the design. The development will also have 2 stories of basement car parking with all plant located on the roof. This project is currently being prepared by the design team for the planning application lodge.

Ethos Engineering was commissioned to complete the Mechanical and Electrical Design for the development of this commercial office development in Dublin 4.

Unique / Key Features

This project is set to deliver a high-efficiency office block in this highly sought after location in Dublin 4. The development is seeking LEED (v4) Platinum, Well accreditation and Wired Scorecard accreditation ensuring a connected and healthy environment for occupants of the building, with a minimum A3 BER targeted also.
