Project Description:
Warner Chilcott moved to the Republic of Ireland (Going Green) and undertook the refurbishment of Building 2 in the Xerox Site in Dundalk to incorporate their new pharmaceutical plant.
The new plant consisted of Synthetic Organic Chemistry Lab, NMR Lab, X-Ray Defractometer Lab, Testing Room, Isolated Chemistry Lab, Analytical Lab, fume hood rooms and office space.
Ethos Input:
Full M&E design, equipment selection, tender, contract negotiation and site supervision of all aspects of the project was undertaken by Ethos Engineering including specifying certain lab equipment, lab furniture, electrical & data systems to lab equipment, HVAC systems, specialist services to lab equipment and chemical disposal system.
