Alona has extensive experience in sustainable design, building certification and low-carbon development.

Alona works with clients to integrate sustainability into projects from the earliest design stages, helping teams make informed decisions around building performance, certification and whole-life carbon. As a BREEAM Accredited Professional, she brings detailed knowledge of sustainable building standards alongside a practical understanding of how environmental targets translate into design and delivery.

Alongside her project work, Alona contributes to wider industry knowledge on sustainability. She has presented on how building certifications can support ESG reporting for existing assets and contributes to the Irish Green Building Council’s work on reducing life-cycle emissions and embodied carbon.
