Claire brings deep experience from complex global organisations, spanning financial control, business partnering, mergers and acquisitions and post-acquisition integration. She has led large international finance teams and supported major business units through periods of growth and change.

As CFO, Claire helps shape Ethos’ financial strategy and governance as the business continues to grow internationally. She is a member of the executive leadership team and Ethos’ ESG Committee, bringing financial insight to wider decisions around investment, risk, sustainability and long-term business performance.
