As CHRO, Edwin leads Ethos’ people strategy across its international operations, with a focus on attracting, developing and retaining high-performing teams. He works closely with the executive team to strengthen leadership capability, organisational structures and talent development, helping ensure Ethos has the people and culture needed to support its continued growth.
