Elizabeth has extensive experience in project and programme management, design management and complex project delivery.

Elizabeth works closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to provide clear structure and oversight across complex programmes. Her experience spans project coordination, stakeholder management and contract administration, helping teams manage competing priorities, maintain alignment and keep delivery progressing effectively. Ethos’ Programme Management service supports complex projects through coordination, governance, stakeholder management and integrated execution.

As Operations Director, Elizabeth leads Ethos’ Programme Management capability, helping clients bring together the people, processes and information required for successful delivery. Her contribution to the profession was recognised in 2026 when she was named a finalist for Excellence in Project Management at the Women in Construction Awards.
