Joe has helped guide Hanley Pepper’s growth across Ireland and international markets, developing long-standing client relationships and a strong track record in technically demanding projects. His expertise spans structural design, analysis and the civil and structural requirements that underpin resilient critical infrastructure.

Following Hanley Pepper’s integration into the Ethos group, Joe continues to lead the business while working closely with Ethos teams to bring civil and structural engineering into a wider multidisciplinary offering. The combined capability builds on a long history of the two businesses working together across multiple European markets.
