Michael has extensive experience in civil and structural engineering and complex project delivery.

Michael’s experience spans structural and civil design across data centres, commercial developments, residential, infrastructure and other technically demanding projects. He brings a practical understanding of structural performance, constructability and multidisciplinary coordination to projects in Ireland and internationally.

As Director, Michael works closely with clients and project teams to develop robust, practical engineering solutions. He has helped grow Hanley Pepper’s international project portfolio, including extensive data centre work across Europe, and now supports the business as part of the wider Ethos group.
