His role sits within Ethos’ wider engineering capability, delivering integrated solutions across complex data centre, energy, industrial and high-performance environments.

As an Associate, Simon combines technical understanding with project and team coordination, helping bring clarity to complex requirements and maintain consistent standards throughout delivery. He takes a practical, collaborative approach, working with colleagues and clients to develop coordinated solutions that keep quality and successful project outcomes at the centre of decision-making.
