Project Description
This development comprises 596 apartments within 5 new buildings over a common basement and one protected structure. The historic building provides office accommodation. The scheme includes Amenities and Retail space, roof gardens, and site landscaping. A central heating plant at the basement level fulfils the NZEB requirement.
Ethos Input
Ethos played a key role in the project’s Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design, ensuring that the entire complex runs on sustainable, energy-efficient systems. Ethos also performed site monitoring, commissioning, witnessing and handover services during construction. As part of the planning application, Ethos provided sustainability input and produced numerous reports and models for the proposed development.
Unique Key Features
This is a unique development providing a new residential development within the Liberties area of Dublin incorporating a historic structure, which will provide a complete living environment with the seamless integration of living and leisure. Ethos is working closely with Marlet specialists in their field – to create a destination that merges these differing environments through creative design.
